The agreement between you and Mario Schebly when you browse this site, buy a digital work, or order a print from The Gallery.
This website, marioschebly.com (the “Site”), and the artworks sold through it (“The Gallery”) are operated by Mario Schebly (“we”, “us”), an independent artist based in Beirut, Lebanon. You can reach us any time at schbilly@gmail.com.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Every image in The Gallery is an original work created by Mario Schebly using a combination of generative-AI pipelines and hand direction, curation and editing. All works remain the intellectual property of Mario Schebly and are protected by copyright.
Images shown on the Site are low-resolution, watermarked previews. They are provided for viewing only and may not be downloaded, reproduced, resold or used for any purpose.
A digital purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence to the high-resolution file(s) you buy. You may display the file on your own personal devices and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Prints are made to order in the size you select. Because each print is produced individually, please allow time for production and shipping; estimated timelines are confirmed by email at the time of order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical media.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). At present, orders are placed by email: each “Buy” button opens a pre-filled message to schbilly@gmail.com listing the piece and price, and we reply with payment and delivery details. When secure online checkout becomes available, payment will be handled by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record; we never see or store your full card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or description errors, before payment is completed.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, as the product cannot be returned. If a file is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Prints may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once a print is in production it cannot be cancelled, but if it arrives damaged or defective we will replace it or refund you on receipt of a photo of the issue.
The watermark, “MARIO SCHEBLY · MSCH · PREVIEW”, is baked into preview images and may not be removed, cropped out or edited. Removing or obscuring it, or using any work beyond the licence you purchased, is a breach of these Terms and of copyright law.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-downloading images, or interfering with its operation.
The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mario Schebly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
